Hunterdon Lifeline Program
Independence and self-reliance are important to everyone. However, many of us may experience health conditions or mobility challenges which threaten that independence as we once knew it. Security issues are often at the heart of a decision to relocate a frail elderly family member.
Peace of Mind Has No Price
Research indicates that the fear of falls actually increases the risk that they will happen.* Security issues play a major role in the decision to relocate an elderly family member out of the home and into an institutional setting.
With a personal response system, families can rest assured that their loved one is safe and secure in their environment. The Personal Response Operator finds and dispatches the right help for any situation - and provides follow-up with family members.

With a Personal Response System, Help is Always Close at Hand
A lightweight waterproof medallion activates a communicator, putting the client in touch with their Operator. The Operator is able to contact family or friends - even emergency response personnel - to come to the home in case an emergency arises. The caring connection provided by Lifeline assures that the client is never "all alone."
