• Cardiovascular nursing units, located at Hunterdon Medical Center, provide you with round-the-clock care from our experienced nursing staff.
  
  
• Cardiac Catheterization can evaluate abnormalities and the status of the heart, and assess any damage to the heart. Catheterization services include:
  • carotid artery angioplasty and stenting
  • peripheral vascular angiography, angioplasty, and stenting
  • pacemaker and biventricular pacemaker placement
  • emergency coronary artery angioplasty and stenting
    
    
• Diagnostic Services: Heart and Vascular Care conducts noninvasive studies to diagnose and manage both heart and vascular disease. Our services include:
  • Echocardiography, or ECHO
  • Electrocardiography, or EKG
  • Exercise stress testing
  • Nuclear stress testing
  • Vascular imaging
  • Carotid Doppler

• Cardiovascular Rehabilitation: Heart and Vascular Care’s Cardiac Rehabilitation program consists of 12 weeks of monitored exercise, education and counseling led by a board certified cardiologist.
