Diabetes Self Management Program
To promote and maintain health through education, healthy eating, exercise, blood sugar monitoring, medication management and stress management.

Hunterdon Medical Center offers disposal containers to people with diabetes and others who are injection-dependent or use lancets. The reusable containers are more durable than conventional disposables. Syringes fit right in, so there is no need to break them, or worry about needle sticks. Offered in cooperation with the New Jersey Hospital Association and Stericycle, a needle and syringe management company. There is a $10 registration fee.
