Meet The Staff

Lisamarie Buckley RN, MS-Director

I have worked in the field of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation almost 25 years, having started the Cardiopulmonary Rehab. Program at Hunterdon Medical Center in 1985. As a certified cardiac/vascular nurse and Exercise Physiologist I quite passionate about this field and have seen tremendous growth and activism- Studies have finally been published which demonstrated the importance and effectiveness of these programs. I am most fortunate to work with incredibly talented group of people who share similar beliefs and love of the patient. On a personal note, I'm one of those crazy people who love to exercise, enjoy running as well time spending time with my family. Oh yes, I forgot one thing... Go Army, beat Navy!

Nell Granger RN, MS-Senior Cardiopulmonary Nurse

I received my BSN from Loyola University of Chicago and began my cardiac nursing career in the ICU at Loyola University Hospital caring for patients following cardiac surgery.  I developed a passion for Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and promoting healthy lifestyles while a graduate student at the University of Illinois, where I received my MS in Nursing.  Later moving to New Jersey, I was fortunate to learn about the newly established Cardiac Rehabilitation program at HMC.  I met Lisa Buckley, applied for the job, and have been at HMC ever since.  I obviously love my work and the professional staff who share my ideals.  I am certified in Cardiac Rehabilitation nursing.

Wenda Nemes, RN, BSN-Nurse

I have been in nursing for 21 years and have been a member of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation staff for the past 8 years.  Two years ago I obtained board certification in the cardiac/vascular nursing specialty.  I have always enjoyed being with my patients and especially enjoy the opportunity to assist others in their recovery.  It is very rewarding to see individuals taking charge of their lives and their health.

Patricia Revalski RN, BSPA-Nurse

I have had the privilege of working with many types of patients over the years.  I have worked with open heart adults and infants, intensive care, emergency room and dialysis.  I also enjoyed the opportunity of working at a camp for several summers with children with diabetes.  The power of the human spirit amazes me and I never tire of hearing how people heal and how much I can learn from each individual.  It is a pleasure to be part of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department and see people gaining strength, health, and a positive outlook.

Margaret June RN-Nurse

I have worked at Hunterdon Medical Center since 1988 and have enjoyed my career at this hospital.  The last seven years I have worked in the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department.  I have been blessed to work with a wonderful staff and have met a huge variety of clients and families who have allowed me into their live.  Thank you all for giving me that privilege.

Heidi Forestier MS, CES-Exercise Physiologist

I grew up in Fairbury, IL and graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2004 with a BS in Exercise Science.  I attended East Stroudsburg University and graduated in 2006 with a MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology.  I have worked in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation for the past 3 years at Warren Hospital and am now happy and excited to join the staff at HMC.  My husband, Jamie and I live in Easton, PA.  We have a 15 month old daughter, Lauren.

Joanne Harris MS, CES-Exercise Physiologist

I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and have been working in the field of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation since.  I am certified as a clinical exercise specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.  I enjoy coming to work everyday and helping people to recover and learn.

Sharon Finer RN, BSN-Nurse

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The College of New Jersey in 1982.  I have been a member of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department since 2005, when I joined the healthcare team at HMC.  Having previous work experience in ICU and the ER, I am able to apply my knowledge and clinical skills to assess and care for this groups of individuals.  I get to see the patient and care for them following their acute medical events as they progress through the rehabilitation phase in their recovery process.  It is a very rewarding feeling working with these patients, helping them set goals to make lifestyle changes for a healthier wellbeing, and even more rewarding for them, when they actually reach their goals--which many of them do!  Our department is very "hands on", working collaboratively with the patient and their physician.  We provide the foundation for them to hopefully continue to maintain positive changes in their lifestyle.  I enjoy working with each patient and feel very fortunate to work with such wonderful co-workers who share the same passion!

Mary Clare Porcino-Administrative Assistant

I graduated from Berkeley College in West Paterson, NJ with a degree in Executive Administration, I have been with the department for many years.  It is a very enlightening experience being a part of the Cardiopulmonary Rehab. Department team and witnessing motivated individuals who care enough about their health and well being to make a dedicated effort to include exercise into their way of life.

June Rosato-Administrative Assistant

I am a graduate of Columbia University with a B.A. in English and teaching certification.  I also obtained graduate credits in counseling at Montclair State University.  I came to the Cardiopulmonary Department after teaching and started as a volunteer 18 years ago prior to becoming an employee.  I love working with Lisa and her team and am especially inspired by our wonderful patients!
